Workshop 1:   Self-Awareness
In this module we focus on understanding Emotional intelligence and to determine a person’s strengths and limitations regarding Emotional Intelligence Development.
Workshop 2:   Improving Self-Image
In this workshop we focus on the development of a positive and realistic self-image that would contribute to happiness and higher productivity in the workplace.
Workshop 3:   Determination of locus (place) of control and the development of an internal Locus of Control
There are only two places where our control comes from. From within yourself (Internal Locus of control) or from outside of yourself (external Locus of Control). In this workshop employees will learn to move from an external- to an internal locus of control that would help the person to visualise and determine his/her own life objectives and to take responsibility for achieving personal and company goals. It is to progress from victim to victor.
Workshop 4:   Stress Management
In this workshop the participant will determine their stress levels and the sources of their stress. They will also learn how to manage their stress more effectively and on a more proactive level prevent stress buildup, which will make more energy available to help them achieve their personal and work-related goals.
Workshop 5:   Anger Management
No workplace should be controlled by aggressive employees because it lowers morale, communication and productivity and makes people feel unsafe in the workplace.
The aim of this workshop is to equip people with anger management skills that would empower them to effectively respond to anger (reactive behaviour) but also in a preventative manner to prevent anger from occurring in the first place (proactive behaviour).

Workshop 6:   Assertiveness Skills
In this workshop employees will learn to stand up for their rights without violating the rights of others.
Some of the benefits of assertiveness are to create Win-Win outcomes, to improve communication and decision-making skills, to gain more job satisfaction, self-confidence and self-esteem, to earn respect from others, create honest relationships, etc.
Workshop 7:   Conflict management
Research indicates that unmanaged conflict is regarded as the largest reducible cost in organisations today, and the least recognised. It is estimated that over 65% of performance problems result from strained relationships between employees and that managers spend up to 40% of their time at work dealing with conflicts. In this workshop employees will learn how to manage conflict effectively and on a proactive level how to prevent conflict.
Workshop 8:   Listening skills
Listening skills are a vital part of effective communication and is regarded as one of three foundation skills that are essential for those entering the workplace. Good listening skills make workers more productive. The ability to listen carefully allows workers to better understand assignments they are given by management. This workshop will focus on the development of good listening skills.
Workshop 9:   Offering Emotional support
Offering emotional support in the workplace is crucial if you want an engaged workforce. It can also lead to improved productivity. Research found that emotional bonding is based on feeling safe and secure in our relationships and in our environment and this is exactly what employees need in order to excel in the workplace Therefore this workshop will focus on developing the skill of offering sound emotional support.
Workshop 10:   Building trust
The need for trust in the workplace is regarded as a fundamental building block that can make or break an organization. Despite the importance of encouraging and developing trust in the workplace, it remains a difficult attribute to develop and to measure and it is a delicate dynamic to maintain. This workshop will focus on developing trust in the workplace. Trust is good for moral and motivation. Trust builds teamwork and collaboration it produces increased speed, improved efficiency and hence decreases cost. Trust also empowers ethical decision-making. It increases loyalty and personnel turnover. It is a gateway to persuasion, sharing and developing ideas etc.
Workshop 11:    The art of Self-disclosure
In the workplace successful self-disclosure can help you to resolve conflict, build productive teams and how to get on with colleagues, clients and customers. This workshop will focus on self-disclosure, inter alia how much personal information should you reveal to others at work and how to respond when others “open their hearts” to you. Self-disclosure is a delicate issue, it can boost your ability to inspire and lead and also to instill trust.
